Vice/Narcotics Division Arrest

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Division received several complaints regarding two homes in the 21000 block of Enterprise Road and the possibility of the distribution of drugs. Detectives were able to confirm drug dealers and users were traveling between the two homes and search and seizure warrants were obtained for both residences. Emergency Services Teams from St. Mary’s and Charles Counties, Vice/Narcotics Support Team deputies and K-9 deputies executed two simultaneous search and seizure warrants on the target home. Deputies encountered deplorable conditions in one of the homes to the extent Child Protective Services was contacted, responded and removed the children. Charges are pending against the occupants of that home.

Upon searching the home next door detectives found a variety of pain medications (Oxycontin and Oxycodone) as well as Adderall. The street value of the pills seized was nearly $3,000. Suspect Lisa Marie West (Age 46 of Lexington Park) was arrested on the scene and charged accordingly. Both homes were being subsidized through the St. Mary’s County Department of Housing, who was notified of the violations. Detectives will continue to assist them in their ongoing investigation. Additional charges and arrests are pending a review with State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz,

Inquiries should be directed to Captain Daniel D. Alioto, Commander of Vice/Narcotics, at 301-475-4200, ext. 1918.
