Arrests September 24 – September 29

9-23-15 – Theft – Deputy S. LeFave responded to the Giant in California, for a reported theft. The suspect, Cassady Lee Todd, age 28, of California, removed merchandise from the store without paying for it. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with theft under $100.00. CASE# 56258-15

9-23-15 – Domestic Assault – Deputy M. Mccuen responded to the 21000 block of Forest Run in Great Mills, for a reported disturbance. The victim alleged the suspect, Shivon Vivinique Daniels, age 37 of Park Hall, scratched the victim’s neck and punched the victim during a dispute. Daniels was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with 2nd Degree Assault. Case # 56207-15

9-25-2015 – Assault – Deputy D. Smith responded to the Hermanville Car Wash in Lexington Park for a domestic disturbance. The suspect, Raymond Michael Shorts, age 25, of Lexington Park, spit in a victim’s food, causing a verbal argument. Shorts threatened the victim with a machete. Shorts was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, and Dangerous Weapon. CASE# 56476-15

Concealing Dangerous Weapon – 9-24-15 – Corporal Snyder responded to the Circuit Court where suspect, Maurice Owen Toon, age 59, of Lexington Park, was in possession of a dangerous weapon: cane sword. Toon was arrested and charged with Concealing a Dangerous Weapon. CASE# 56477-15

Burglary – 9-25-15 – Deputy Schultz responded to the 45000 block of Fox Chase Drive in Great Mills for a burglary. The suspect, Duron Matthew Chase, age 28, of Great Mills, was observed jumping from a second story vacant apartment. The suspect attempted to flee on foot and was apprehended by Deputy Schultz. Chase was arrested and charged with 4th Degree Burglary. CASE# 56641-15

Violation of a Protective Order – 9-24-15 – Deputy A. Schultz responded to the 45000 block of Fox Chase Drive in Great Mills for a peace order violation. The suspect, Frances S. Barnes, age 59, of Great Mills, yelled at a victim several times from her apartment. She was arrested and charged with Two Counts of Peace Order: Failure to Comply. CASE# 56580-15

Contraband Violation – 9-25-15 – Deputy D. Holdsworth responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a reported contraband violation. The suspect, Nicholas Irwin Sisler, age 31, of Lexington Park, was charged with Possessing Contraband in a Place of Confinement: Tobbaco. CASE# 56783-15

Assault – 9-27-15 – Deputy J. Bare responded to the 49000 block of Curleys Road in Ridge for a welfare check. The suspect, Khadijah Nicole Young, age 19 of, Ridge, assaulted a victim in the presence of Deputy Bare. Young was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Assault. CASE# 57214-15

Domestic Assault – 9-27-15– Deputy K. Flelage responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park for a reported disturbance. The victim alleged the suspect, Jason M. Reintzell, age 37, of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim during an argument.  Reintzell was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Assault. Violation of a Protective Order – 9-26-15 – Deputy J. Kerns responded to the 41000 block of Eastwick Lane in Leonardtown, for a reported violation of a protective order. The suspect, Paul Anthony Parrino, age 42, of Leonardtown, was found to be in violation of the protective order. Parrino was arrested and charged with Protective Order: Failure to Comply. Theft – 9-26-15 –  Deputy  G. Mushchette responded to the 45000 block of Drayden Road in Valley Lee, for a reported theft. The suspect, William Johnson Quade, age 38, of Avenue, removed a victim’s wallet while shopping at the victim’s yard sale. Quade was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft Less than $100.  CASE# 56913-15

Assault – 9-29-15 – Corporal D. Snyder responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a reported assault on an inmate. The suspect, Derrick Clifton Marshall, age 36, of California, was charged with assault on another inmate. CASE# 57556-15
