Violation of Protective Order- On October 17, 2018, Cpl. Worrey made contact with Paul Edward Moore, age 35 with no fixed address, regarding a complaint Moore had with the victim. Moore went on to explain an earlier meeting he had with the victim; there is a current court order in place prohibiting Moore from contacting the victim by any means. Assault- On October 17, 2018, DFC. D. Smith responded to the 22700 block of Lawrence Avenue in Leonardtown for the reported assault. Investigation determined Stacey Nicole Jasper, age 23 of Leonardtown, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim down which caused injury to the victim.
