On View Arrests/Warrants/DUI

On View Arrests:

Assault-  On October 20, 2018, Cpl. D. Snyder responded the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the reported fight.  Investigation determined Robert Jacob Eberle, age 30, with no fixed address, punched another inmate, Antoine Terrell Jones, age 37 of Great Mills.  Jones then struck Eberle and the two parties began fighting.  Both Jones and Eberle were charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 56267-18

Drug Arrest-  On October 21, 2018, Timothy Jerome Baker, age 52 of Lexington Park, was arrested on an outstanding Child Support warrant.  When Baker was brought into the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, it was discovered he had hidden a playing card in his sock containing a powdery substance; suspected cocaine.  Baker was charged with Introducing Contraband in a Place of Confinement. Theft- On October 21, 2018, Cpl. White responded to the 45000 block of Miramar Way in California, for a reported theft. Investigation determined Josephine De Jesus Dickason, age 58 of Lexington Park, attempted to leave the business with items she had not purchased. 10/21/18-  Wendy Le Ann Orvad, age 29 of Lexington Park, was stopped for a traffic infraction in the 23900 block of Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood.  It was determined Orvad was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Orvad was charged with Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se.  CASE# 56412-18  (No Photograph Available)
