Disorderly Conduct- On September 25, 2018, Cpl. O'Connor responded to the 21000 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park, for reported threats. Investigation determined Robert Joseph Robrecht, age 59 of Lexington Park, was intoxicated and began to harass his neighbors. Robrecht was told, and given numerous chances to go inside his residence and to cease bothering his neighbors. Robrecht initially went inside his residence, but then returned back outside screaming obscenities at law enforcement, demanding he be arrested. Robrecht was arrested and charged with Disorderly Intoxication, Failure to Obey a Reasonable/Lawful Order, and Intoxicated/Public Disturbance. CASE# 51204-18 (No Photograph Available)
CDS Violation- On September 26, 2018, DFC. McClure responded to the 23000 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for a report of an individual having CDS. Investigation determined Rodney Leander Washington, age 48 of Temple Hills, was observed to be in possession of a plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine. DFC. McClure located the plastic baggie on the driver's floorboard of the vehicle Washington was operating. Washington was arrested and charged with CDS Possession-Not Marijuana. CASE# 51390-18

Assault- On September 27, 2018, Cpl. Foor responded to the 20000 block of Ridge Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Upon arrival Cpl. Foor could hear screaming and observed Desiree Nicole Thompson, age 29 of Lexington Park, actively striking the victim in the head with her hands. CDS Violation- On September 27, 2018, DFC. Steinbach responded to the 26000 block of Laurel Grove Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported unattended child. While preparing to serve a search warrant at this location, Narcotics Officers discovered Robert Henry Short, age 44 of Mechanicsville, coming and going from the residence while a two year old child was left at home unattended, strapped in a car seat. Also found during the search warrant was suspected cocaine. Short was arrested and charged with CDS Possession-Not Marijuana, and Confine Unattended Child. CASE# 47085-18

Resisting Arrest/Assault- On September 28, 2018, DFC. Tirpak responded to Lancaster Park located on Willows Road, in Lexington Park, for a large disturbance. Upon arrival DFC. Tirpk was escorting the parties involved in the disturbance out of the park. Demonie Lashae Ford, age 18 of Lexington Park, refused to leave the premises, and continued to yell and cause a disturbance. Ford continued yelling and cursing, and her behavior interfered with patrons there watching football games with children. Deputies attempted to place Ford under arrest, at which time she pulled away from officers, refused to allow herself to be handcuffed. Ford was ultimately placed under arrest and refused to be placed into a patrol vehicle and ultimately kicked a deputy. Ford was placed in the police vehicle and transported to the detention center where she was charged with the following, Disorderly Conduct, Resist Arrest, Assault Second Degree- LE Officer, Assault 2nd Degree, and an outstanding warrant for Assault was also served on Ford. Assault- On September 29, 2018, Cpl. Handy responded to the 25000 block of Vista Road in Hollywood, for the reported assault. The victim stated Richard Matthew Butler age 48 of Hollywood, had assaulted the victim. While on scene conducting the investigation Butler became uncooperative, and belligerent. Butler threatened Cpl. Handy, and approached him aggressively while Cpl. Handy was attempting to investigate the assault; Butler was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 52039-18

Violation of Protective Order- On September 30, 2018, Cpl. Corcoran was in the 21000 block of Enterprise Road, in Lexington Park, on an unrelated investigation. While on scene Donte James Jeter-Prince, age 19 of Lexington Park, entered the residence. There is an active order in place prohibiting Jeter-Prince from being at the residence. CDS Violation- On October 1, 2018, Dep. Ball responded to the 24000 block of Hidden Farm Lane in Hollywood for a reported suspicious vehicle. Dep. Ball arrived in the area and located Ryan Christoper Miedzinski, age 25 of Avenue, sitting in a vehicle. Investigation determined Chester Arnold Lanehart 4th, age 18, of Mechanicsville, had assaulted the victim, and left the residence operating a vehicle after he had been consuming alcohol. Lanehart was located operating a vehicle in the area; it was determined Lanehart was under the influence of alcohol.
