On Sunday, September 20th, 2015 at approximately 3:45 a.m., two victims arrived at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital for non-life threatening injuries from an assault. The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office was contacted, and an investigation revealed a robbery took place at a residence on Heather Street in Great Mills, Maryland. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division and Sheriff's Office Crime Lab responded to the victims' residence and assumed the investigation.
