On September 12, 2015, Deputy J. Kerns responded to the Wicomico Shores Golf Course on the 35000 block of Aviation Yacht Club Road in Mechanicsville, for a reported theft of golf carts. Two separate witnesses observed two males loading a golf cart into the back of a U-Haul trailer on two different days ranging from September 11 – September 12. The U-haul trailer was pulled by a black or dark colored small pick-up truck.
Description of the golf carts: The golf carts are gasoline powered; open sided with canopies, numbered with 37 and 41 on each side. The make is a Yamaha, and the model is a JW1.
