Disorderly Conduct - On June 14, 2015, Deputy S. Cameron responded to a residence in the 46000 block of Midway Drive in Lexington Park, for a fight in progress. While investigating, a female began yelling at Deputy Cameron to leave. When Deputy Cameron advised her, he was conducting an investigation and was not going to leave, she began to curse loudly. The female was moved from the immediate area by her friends, however she continued to yell at deputies who were trying to conduct an assault investigation. After several warnings to stop yelling and cursing, Deputy Cameron placed Rebecca Leigh-Ann Fowler, age 25, of Lexington Park. under arrest. Flower was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Obey Lawful Order. CASE #34794-15

Theft - On June 16, 2015, Deputy First Class Foor responded to a residence in Leonardtown, for a reported theft. The victim alleged 11 firearms had been stolen from his home, valued at over $7,500. During the investigation, DFC Foor obtained information identifying Louis Steven Fenwick, age 37, of Leonardtown, as a suspect. Fenwick was subsequently arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft $1,000 to $10,000 and Theft Scheme $1,000 to $10,000 by DFC Foor. CASE #35453-15

Assault - On June 18, 2015, deputies responded to the WaWa located in the 23000 block of Three Notch Road in California, after witnesses reported a man dragging a female to a vehicle. Callers advised the vehicle left traveling southbound on Three Notch Road and provided a description of the vehicle as a black Mitsubishi. Deputy Lawrence located the vehicle and conducted a vehicle stop. The driver was identified as Troy Gregory Lastinger, age 20, of Lusby. Deputy Lawrence observed injuries on the victim. Lastinger was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault. CASE #35871-15
