Leonardtown, Maryland - On March 23, 2015, detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division received information suspect Nicholas Edward Seskar SR., age 41, of Lusby, was attempting to engage in sexually explicit communication with a 15 year old female. Seskar is a TIER III registered sex offender.
During the communication, which took place on the internet via social media websites, Seskar solicited the victim to have sexual intercourse and to perform other various sexual acts. Seskar also sent the victim nude photographs of himself.
On April 4, 2015, Seskar planned to meet the female at a pre-determined location. When Seskar arrived at the location he was placed under arrest by detectives. Seskar was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged with Sexual Solicitation of a Minor. CASE #17603-15
