On View Arrests:
Drug Arrest- On February 27, 2020, DFC. Shelko responded to a reported suspicious vehicle in the 21700 block of North Essex Drive in Lexington Park. The occupant of the vehicle was identified to be Leon Anthony Barnes, age 45 of Lexington Park. A suspected CDS smoking device was observed in the driver's door handle of the vehicle and on Barnes' person a folded piece of paper containing a white powdery substance (suspected cocaine) was located in a shirt pocket. Barnes was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia. CASE# 11902-20

Drug Arrest- On March 2, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to a reported vehicle fire in the 25700 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown. Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle James Jamaul Hosea Jones, age 32 of Park Hall. Jones was wanted on an outstanding warrant and arrested. Located Jones' person was a suspected CDS smoking device containing suspected cocaine residue. Another suspected CDS smoking device containing residue was located in Jones' coat. Jones was arrested and charged with two counts of CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia and served his outstanding warrant. CASE# 12651-20

Trespassing/Disorderly Conduct- On March 3, 2020, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 22700 block of Three Notch Road in California, for the reported individual trespassing. Investigation determined Bryan Allen Roberts, age 32 of no fixed address, was ordered to leave the business by employees. Roberts refused and also refused to leave the area when ordered to do so by Cpl. Reppel. Roberts then began yelling at patrons and causing a disturbance in the lobby of the business. Roberts was arrested and charged with Trespass: Private Property and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 13250-20

Burglary- On March 4, 2020, Dep. Walker responded to the 28900 block of Autumn Wood Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined Jean Marie Gagnon, age 57 of Mechanicsville, entered the victim's property through a window. Gagnon was located on the victim's property by responding officers. Gagnon was arrested and charged with Burglary 4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property by Dep. Walker# 366. CASE# 13551-20

Violate Protective Order- On March 7, 2020, Cpl. Pesante responded to the 26000 block of Shenandoah Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported violation of a protective order. Investigation determined Romana NMN Ferrari, age 42 of Mechanicsville, sent the victim several messages in violation of a valid court order. Ferrari was arrested and charged with two counts of Violate Protective Order. CASE# 14166-20

Trespassing- On March 8, 2020, Cpl. Graves responded to the 45200 block of Abell House Lane in California, for the reported trespassing. Investigation determined Angel Ceasar Nurse Jr., age 33 of California, was asked to leave the business multiple times. Nurse was also advised by employees he was not permitted to return to the business. Cpl. Graves located Nurse in the lobby of the business and Nurse was arrested and charged with Trespass-Private Property. CASE# 14409-20

Disorderly Conduct/Fail to Obey Order/Resist Arrest- On March 8, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 22400 block of MacArthur Boulevard in California, for the reported disturbance. While conducting the investigation and interviewing witnesses, Frederick Lavonne Milburn, age 39 of no fixed address, began yelling and causing a disturbance outside the residence, and began walking backwards in the roadway. Milburn was given repeated instructions to cease his behavior, however he continued his actions, drawing attention of nearby residents. Deputies on scene attempted to take Milburn into custody however Milburn pulled away from officers, and refused to be placed into a patrol vehicle. Milburn was ultimately taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey a Reasonable/Lawful Order, and Resist/Interfere with Arrest. CASE# 14355-20
