On View Arrests:
Assault- On January 5, 2020, Dep. Lawrence responded to the 21700 block of North Essex Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined James Walter Wheeler Jr., age 30 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by punching and slapping the victim in the face, as well as kicking the victim causing injuries that required medical treatment. Wheeler was located, arrested, and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 787-20

False Statement/Drug Arrest- On January 6, 2020, Dep. Graves was in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, when he made contact with an individual who provided a false name. Investigation determined the person to be David Andrew Spears, age 31 of Leonardtown. Spears had outstanding warrants for Child Support, and was taken into custody. Once into custody a folded one dollar bill was discovered on Spears and contained suspected cocaine residue. Spears was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and False Statement to Officer. Assault- On January 7, 2020, Dep. Forbes responded to the 22500 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Kristen Marie Zook, age 49 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim's hair and striking the victim several times. Zook was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 1293-20

Burglary/Theft- On January 8, 2020, Cpl. Beishline responded to the 22000 block of Knight Court in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary to a vacant residence. Investigation determined Mary Elizabeth Spicer-Barnes, age 59 of no fixed address, forced her way into a vacant residence, damaging the door. Spicer-Barnes then left residence, but was located nearby and arrested. Spicer-Barnes was arrested and charged with Burglary 4th Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property, and served an outstanding warrant for FTA/Theft. CASE# 1475-20

Assault- On January 9, 2020, Dep. Forbes responded to the 45800 block of Chancellor's Run Court in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Michael Antonio Barnes, age 34 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim into a wall and onto the ground. The victim sustained visible injury and Barnes was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 1558-20

Violate Protective Order- On January 9, 2020, Dep. Westphal responded to the 40800 block of Leeland Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Bryan Thomas Epp, age 42 of Mechanicsville, contacted the victim numerous times in violation of a valid court order. Investigation determined Demond Antonio Mckelvin, age 45 of Riverdale, was at the victim's residence in violation of a valid court order.
