On View Arrests:
Drug Arrest- On December 20, 2019, detectives from the Vice Narcotics Division executed a search warrant in the 46000 block of Columbus Drive in Lexington Park. Charlie Earl Horn Jr., age 45 of Lexington Park, was located on scene in possession of suspected Oxycodone and Adderall. Horn was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana. CASE# 71437-19

Possession of Contraband- On December 20, 2019, Dep. Fenwick responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for the reported found contraband. Deontre Dwayne Bradshaw, age 33 of Lexington Park, was found to have cigarettes hidden on his person at the facility. Bradshaw was charged with Possess Contraband/Place of Confinement. CASE# 73006-19

Theft- On December 21, 2019, DFC. Shelko responded to 39100 block of Chaptico Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported single vehicle collision. Investigation determined the operator of the vehicle to be Justin Michael Suite, age 31 of Leonardtown. Suite was operating the vehicle without permission from the owner and was arrested and charged with Theft. CASE# 73087-19

Failure to Stop After Accident- On December 30, 2019, DFC. Ball responded to a single vehicle collision in the 40000 block of Medley's Neck Road in Leonardtown. Investigation determined a vehicle operated by Raymond Badia, age 45 of Tall Timbers, had struck the victim's mailbox, and continued on striking a utility pole. After causing damage to property, Badia failed to remain on scene and was later located at his residence. Badia was charged with Negligent Driving, Failure of Driver to Stop After Accident, and Failure of Driver to Locate and Notify. CASE# 74824-19
