On-View Arrests:
Robbery- On December 31, 2019, deputies responded to the 20200 block of Piney Point Road in Callaway, for the reported robbery. A witness reported a male brandished a knife and demanded money. The individual, later identified as Rex Douglas Reece Jr., age 48 of Leonardtown, left in a vehicle and was quickly located in the area and taken into custody. Reece was charged with Robbery, Armed Robbery, and Assault 1st Degree. Arrest handled by Det. Sidorowicz# 328. CASE# 74905-19

False Statement/Fraud- On December 31, 2019, Cpl. Tirpak conducted a vehicle stop in the 21400 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. The operator of the vehicle provided Cpl. Tirpak with a false name, and numerous attempts were made to positively identify the operator with negative results. The operator was taken into custody and later determined to be Gerardo Olgin Hernandez, age 31 of Park Hall. Hernandez was charged with Fraud-Person Identity to Avoid Prosecution, Obstructing and Hindering, and False Statement to Officer. CASE# 75049-19

Assault- On January 1, 2020, DFC. Ball responded to the 46000 block of Gooseneck Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Ricky Lee Mackall, age 37 of Lexington Park, and the victim were involved in an argument. During the argument, Mackall grabbed the victim by the hair and struck the victim in the face, causing visible injury. Mackall was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 53-20

Property Destruction/Resisting Arrest- On January 1, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 46100 block of Leesa Court in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Tykane Shiheim Briscoe, age 24 of no fixed address, began causing a disturbance at the residence, and during the incident damaged a door at the residence, by kicking the door. Briscoe was uncooperative with deputies on the scene and began causing another disturbance outside. Briscoe was taken into custody, at which time he pulled away from deputies and refused to be seated in the patrol vehicle and continued to yell at witnesses on scene. Briscoe was charged with Malicious Destruction to Property, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, and Disturbing the Peace/Disorderly. CASE# 134-20
