On View Arrests/Warrants/Criminal Citation


On View Arrests:

Drug Arrest-  On August 20, 2019, detectives from the Narcotics Division executed a search warrant in the 23000 block of Rocky Way in California.  John Glenn Olson, age 36 was found in possession of various quantities of suspected Oxycodone , Alprazolam, and cocaine.  A digital scale containing suspected cocaine residue, and U.S. currency were also found. Olson was charged with four counts of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, three counts of CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute, and illegal possession of ammunition.  CASE# 42241-19

Drug Arrest-  On August 20, 2019, Dep. Forinash responded to the 47600 block of Park Hall Road in Park Hall, for the reported individual growing suspected marijuana plants. Deputies and narcotics detectives located the suspected marijuana plants near the power lines.  Investigation determined Donald Vincent Maloy, age 65 of Park Hall, to be the owner of the plants.  Maloy was arrested and charged with Manufacture CDS-Narcotic and CDS: Possession-Marijuana 10grams plus.  CASE# 47500-19 (No Photograph Available)

Reckless Endangerment-  On August 24, 2019, deputies responded to the 19700 block of Flat Iron Road in Great Mills, for the reported shots fired. Investigation determined Luke Edward Culbert, age 27 of Great Mills, retrieved a shotgun and fired several rounds outside, in the vicinity of three victims, as well as having other homes near to where he fired the rounds.  Culbert was arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment by Cpl. Assault-  On August 24, 2019, Cpl. LaFave responded to the 20500 block of Ridge Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Kimberly Renee Freeman, age 29 of Lexington Park, assaulted two victims.  Freeman pushed one victim down and put her hands around the victim's throat.   Freeman also pulled a medical appliance attached to the second victim out.  Freeman was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  Upon arriving at the detention center CDS paraphernalia (a plastic straw), fell out of Freeman's shorts.  Freeman was also charged with Possession of Contraband at Place of Confinement.  CASE# 48414-19

Drug Arrest-  On August 25, 2019, Dep. Forinash responded to the 48800 block of Park Pines Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance.  Contact was made with Amber Nicole Queen, age 24 of Lexington Park, who had a warrant through Charles County.  Queen was arrested and located on her person was a suspected CDS smoking device containing CDS residue, (suspected cocaine). Queen was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia.  CASE# 48634-19

Assault-  On August 25, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the 18600 block of Jerome's Neck Road in Dameron, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Thomas James Sailor, age 28 of Dameron, assaulted the victim by choking the victim, and causing injuries to the victim's shoulder and hand.  Sailor was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 48460-19

Protective Order Violation-  On August 25, 2019, DFC. Molitor responded to the 23800 block of McIntosh Road in Leonardtown, for the reported Protective Order Violation. Christopher Michael Olson, age 32 of Leonardtown, was ordered to vacate the residence by a valid court order.  Olson failed to do so, and was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 48502-19

Hindering/Drug Arrest-  On August 25, 2019, Dep. Forbes responded to the 45500 block of Towey Court in Great Mills, for the check the welfare of an individual inside a vehicle. Contact was made with Franklin Lee Russell, age 23 of Hollywood.  Russell was attempting to conceal a clear baggie on his person, and observed in Russell's possession was a suspected CDS smoking device.  Russell was ordered out of the vehicle and refused numerous times.  Russell was removed from the vehicle and a clear baggie containing suspected marijuana was located on his person, and the suspected smoking device recovered from the vehicle.  A second suspected CDS smoking device was also located in the vehicle. Russell was charged with Obstructing and Hindering and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.  CASE# 48601-19

Neglect of Minor-  On August 25, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the 21400 block of Hillary Court in Lexington Park, for the request of a conservator.  Investigation determined Brandy Lynne Bierly, age 38 of Upper Marlboro, had care and custody of two minor children.  The two children in question fled to a neighbor's residence due to Bierly throwing objects throughout the residence and yelling. Officers attempted contact with Bierly and found the residence door open, and were unable to locate Bierly; she was ultimately found sleeping and the residence was in disarray.  When officers finally woke Bierly she was belligerent and uncooperative.  When taken into custody, Bierly pulled away from officers and began causing a commotion outside, and disturbing neighbors.  Bierly was charged with two counts of Neglect of Minor, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.  CASE# 48636-19

Assault-  On August 26, 2019, Cpl. Handy responded to 13500 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Ridge, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Timothy Dwyer Gay, age 35 of Ridge, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim, causing the victim to fall and injure the victim's knee.  Gay was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 48841-19

Violate Protective Order-  On August 27, 2019, Cpl. Tirpak made contact with the victim who advised on three separate occasions Daniel Holley Dement, age 52 of Lexington Park, showed up at the victim's residence knocking on the door and window of the residence.  There is an active court order preventing Dement from being on the victim's property or contacting the victim by any means.  Dement was located and charged with three counts of Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 49017-19

Drug Arrest-  On August 28, 2019, Dep. Payne responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for the reported found CDS Violation.  Investigation determined when Christopher James Hobbs, age 39 of Lexington Park, was being processed into the facility, correctional officers located suspected Suboxone in Hobbs' wallet.  Hobbs was charged with Possess Contraband at Place of Confinement and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana by Dep. Violation of Protective Order-  On August 29, 2019, DFC. Molitor responded to the 25000 block of Loveville Road in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation.  Investigation determined Jeremy Michael Carr, age 32 of Mechanicsville, was observed by the victim on the victim's property in violation of an active court order prohibiting Carr from being on the property.  Carr was located and charged with Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 49352-19
