Gaskill, Reynolds Awarded by Maryland Law Enforcement Peers

The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is proud to announce that two of its members were both recognized for professional excellence by their peers across the state of Maryland on Monday.

Deputy First Class Blaine Gaskill, School Resource Officer, was awarded the Medal of Honor for calendar year 2018 by the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association at its annual training seminar held in Ocean City with the Maryland Sheriff's Association.

Corrections Officer Brandon Reynolds was named Deputy of the Year in the Corrections category for calendar year 2018.

Sheriff Tim Cameron and the men and women of the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office congratulate these two fine officers for their outstanding achievements.
