On View Arrests/Warrants/Juvenile Arrests

On View Arrests: 

Drug Arrest-  On July 22, 2019, Dep. Forbes responded to the 21300 block of Windsor Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported individual(s) in a vehicle with a firearm.  Investigation determined Pierre Jamal Curtis, age 18 of Lexington Park, and Ryan Tyler Curtis, age 23 of Lexington Park, had been seated in the suspect vehicle.  Located in the vehicle was a Crown Royal bag containing clear baggies of suspected cocaine.  Also, located in the vehicle was a revolver style fake handgun.  Both were arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.  CASE# 41882-19

Drug Arrest-  On July 22, 2019, Cpl. Beishline responded to the 20700 block of Old Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported theft.  Investigation determined Aubrey Robbie Robinson, age 30 with no fixed address, entered the Sheetz store and removed several cartons of cigarettes, and then fled the scene. Robinson was also the suspect in two previous thefts of cigarettes from area businesses which occurred on July 20th and July 12th where the suspect entered, waited until the employees were distracted and removed cartons of cigarettes.  Robinson was located and arrested; at the time of Robinson's arrest, a metal suspected CDS smoking device was located on his person which contained suspected cocaine. Robinson was charged with three counts of Theft, Theft Scheme, CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia.  CASE# 41817-19

Assault-  On July 22, 2019, DFC. Nauman responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Scott Andrew Davis, age 39 of California, pushed the victim into a locker while arguing over property.  Davis was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 41967-19

Assault-  On July 26, 2019, Dep. Forbes responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Charles Patrick Hancock, age 24 of California, slapped the victim's hand, causing visible injury to the victim.  Hancock was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 42699-19

Assault-  On July 26, 2019, Dep. Baker responded to the 46600 block of Midway Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Marshall Edmond Lewis Jr., age 35 of Lexington Park, pushed the victim, which caused the victim to fall down a set of stairs.  There is also a valid court order prohibiting any assault to the victim by Lewis.  Lewis was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violation of a Protective Order.  CASE# 42710-19
