Resist/Interfere with Arrest- On June 26, 2019, Cpl. T. Snyder observed Keith Antoine Mackall, age 26, with no fixed address, in the 21800 block of N. Shangri La Drive in Lexington Park. Mackall was consuming an alcoholic beverage in public, and discarded the beverage on the ground when confronted by Cpl. Snyder. Mackall refused to accept a criminal citation for the alcohol and littering offense. Mackall began to create a disturbance in front of area businesses, and when taken into custody Mackall resisted arrest. Mackall was charged with Resist/Interfere with Arrest, Intoxicated Public Disturbance, Littering, Possess Open Alcohol Container in Public, and Consume Alcoholic Beverage in Public. CASE# 36757-19

Assault- On July 1, 2019, Dep. Raley responded to the 18400 block of Point Lookout Road in Park Hall, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Frederick Lavone Milburn Jr., age 38 of Park Hall, had assaulted the victim by pushing the victim to the ground during an argument. Investigation determined Joshua Matthew Herbert, age 19 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face, and pulling the victim's hair. Assault/Resist Arrest- On July 2, 2019, Dep. Lawrence responded to the 44900 block of Hewitt Road in Valley Lee for the reported assault. Investigation determined Trey Dominic Barnes, age 32 of Callaway, assaulted the victim by punching the victim, and knocking the victim to the ground. When taken into custody Barnes assaulted Dep. Lawrence by grabbing him and breaking a piece of police equipment. Barnes was charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, and Malicious Destruction of Property.
