Disorderly Conduct- On November 27, 2018, Cpl. Hartzell responded to the 25500 block of Point Lookout Road in Leoanrdtown, for a reported disturbance. Richard Matthew Butler, age 48 of Lexington Park, was observed on scene causing a disturbance and Butler also refused to follow orders to cease his behavior.
