Trespassing- On November 16, 2018, Dep. Budd responded to the 22800 block of Three Notch Road in California, for the reported disturbance. Francis Matthew Wallace Jr., age 36 of Lusby, was served a notice not to trespass and instructed to leave the area. Wallace returned later, and again caused a disturbance. Burglary- On November 16, 2018, Dep. Forbes responded to the 21600 block of Missouri Avenue in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined Osie Mae Shade, age 58 of Ridge, entered the victim's residence through a window. Shade had been served a notice not to trespass order previously for the victim's property.
