Violation of Protective Order- On October 28, 2018, Dep. Henry responded to the 26500 block of Anne Court in Mechanicsville, in reference to serving a Protective Order on George Anthony Higgs Sr., age 59 of Mechanicsville. The order stipulated Higgs vacate the residence; Higgs refused to vacate the residence as specified by the order and was placed under arrest for Violate Protective Order. CASE# 57841-18

Assault- On October 28, 2018, Dep. Budd responded to the 46000 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who stated while trying to leave the residence, Kyenna Theresa Robinson, age 22 of Lexington Park, attacked the victim, tearing the victim's shirt and pants. Robinson also grabbed onto the victims legs to prevent the victim from leaving the residence. Robinson was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 57804-18
