Theft of a Motor Vehicle- On November 9, 2018, Cpl. Beishline responded to the 21800 block of Shangri-la Drive in Lexington Park, for a reported theft. Investigation determined the victim left his vehicle unlocked and running outside a store to pick up an item. When he walked back outside the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was located nearby and was being operated by Edwin Rowe Kline, age 39 with no fixed address. The victim was unfamiliar with Kline, and did not give him permission to drive or operate the vehicle. Kline was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Theft. CASE# 60461-18

Assault 1st Degree- On November 10, 2018, Dep. Westphal responded to the 19600 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation revealed Sylvia Denise Clinton, age 61 of Lexington Park, arrived at the victim's residence and began creating a disturbance. Clinton went into the kitchen and retrieved a knife and began slashing the victim's duffel bag. At some point she was disarmed by one victim, retrieved a second knife, and began to try to attack the second victim. The first victim was able to restrain Clinton, until she again retrieved a third knife, and tried to go after one of the victims. During this, one of the victim's was struck in the face by Clinton, while she was restrained. Clinton made slashing motions with the knife to one victim, and attempted to cut the legs of the other victim restraining her. Clinton was ultimately arrested and charged with Assault 1st and Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 60585-18

Trespassing- On November 10, 2018, Cpl. Beishline observed Anthony Goldus Jackson, age 29 of Lexington Park, loitering in a parking lot in the 21000 block of North Shangri-la Drive in Lexington Park. Jackson was contacted, and issued a notice not to trespass and instructed to leave the area. Stone observed Darwin Terrell Banks, age 45 of Lexington Park, inside a storage shed on the property. Banks was arrested for burglary and a suspected CDS smoking device with suspected cocaine residue was located on Banks. Drug Arrest- On November 12, 2018, DFC. Steinbach stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the 26400 block of Loveville Road in Mechanicsville. The operator of the vehicle, Anthony Donald Forbes, age 56 of Mechanicsville, was operating the vehicle without having a valid driver's license. When Forbes was taken into custody, a suspected CDS smoking device was located on the driver's floorboard, containing suspected cocaine residue. Trespassing- On November 13, 2018, Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 20800 block of Callaway Village in Callaway, for the reported disturbance. John Scott Callicotte, age 54 of Callaway, was on the premise creating a disturbance and bothering employees. Dep. Snyder served Callicotte with a notice not to trespass and directed him to leave the premises. Callicotte returned to the business, and again created a disturbance.
