Violation of Protective Order- On October 28, 2018, Cpl. Handy responded to the 23800 block of McIntosh Road, in Hollywood, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Christopher Michael Olson, age 31 of Hollywood, came to the victim's residence and began yelling and causing a disturbance in the victim's yard. There is a current order stating Olson is not permitted at the McIntosh Road address, and is not permitted to contact the victim. Olson was located on scene and arrested. CASE# 57852-18

Violation of Protective Order- On October 30, 2018, Cpl. Flerlage responded to a report that George Anthony Higgs Sr., age 59 of Mechanicsville, was in the company of the victim, who had an active protective order in place. Investigation determined the victim had been contacted for Higgs, to provide him transportation to court, which the victim did. Higgs was located, and charged with violation of protective order.

Drug Arrest/Theft- On October 31, 2018, Cpl. Corcoran responded to the 45100 block of First Colony Way in California, for a reported theft. Investigation determined Jacqueline Loye McCarthy, age 33 of Leonardtown, pushed a full cart of merchandise past all points of sale, and out the front door of Target. While at the scene, Cpl. Corcoran observed McCarthy attempt to hide items in her pants; it was discovered McCarthy was attempting to conceal suspected Suboxone strips. Further investigation revealed additional hidden Suboxone strips as well as a prescription bottle containing suspected Vyvanse pills. McCarthy was arrested and charged with Theft, and two counts of CDS Possession-Not Marijuana. CASE# 58490-18

Drug Arrest- On October 31, 2018, DFC. J. Davis responded to a disturbance in the 22500 block of Joan Drive in California. Investigation determined Clarence NMN Williams Jr., was suspected to be under the influence of Phencyclidine (PCP), and was causing a disturbance in the residence. Williams exhibited signs of impairment and a clear vile containing suspected PCP was located near Williams. Williams was arrested and charged with CDS Possession-Not Marijuana. Vandalism- On November 1, 2018, DFC. J. Davis responded to the 21200 block of Great Mills Road, in Lexington Park, for the reported vandalism. Investigation determined Adner NMN Pena, age 49 with no fixed address, became upset when he discovered the business (Quik Shop) was closed. Pena began repeatedly kicking the door, and ultimately shattered the glass to the door. Pena was arrested on scene and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 58663-18

Assault- On November 2, 2018, Dep. Westphal responded to the 22200 block of Archer Street in Leonardtown, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Scott Franklin Greenwell, age 49 of Leonardtown, pulled the victim from a vehicle, and then began to assault the victim. Greenwell then went inside his residence, retrieved an axe handle, and began to beat the victim in the head with the handle. Trespassing- On November 2, 2018, DFC. J. Davis responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing. Investigation determined Shuree Sinese Weems, age 37 of Lexington Park, was on the scene and causing a disturbance. Drug Arrest- On November 2, 2018, Dep. Forinash responded to the 23100 block of Three Notch Road in California, for a check the welfare of an individual sleeping in a vehicle. Contact was made with Allan Michael Joy, age 28 with no fixed address. A warrant check revealed Joy had an outstanding warrant for Driving Without a License. Joy was placed under arrest at which time a clear plastic baggie was observed in the vehicle at his feet. The baggie contained suspected cocaine. Joy was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS-Not Marijuana and served the warrant for driving without a license. CASE# 59089-18

10/29/18- Cpl. Foor responded to the 20900 block of Hermanville Road, in Lexington Park for check the welfare, regarding a vehicle on the side of the road with the occupants arguing. Cpl.
