Theft- On September 13, 2018, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 46000 block of Lexington Village Way, in California, for a reported theft. Investigation determined Amanda Elizabeth Kemp, age 27 of Avenue, concealed items on her person and attempted to leave the Kohl's store without purchasing the items. Trespassing- On September 13, 2018, DFC. Muschette responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park, for a reported trespassing. Investigation determined officers were on scene conducting a court ordered eviction and after numerous requests to vacate the premises, Bernadette Marie Walker, age 48 of Lexington Park, refused to do so. Protective Order Violation- On September 14, 2018, DFC. McCuen responded to the 26000 block of South Sandgates Road in Mechanicsville, to serve a exparte order on Krystal Anne Shleman, age 33 of Mechanicsville. After the order was served, and while DFC. McCuen was still on scene ensuring Shlemon left the residence, Shleman yelled at the victim, and made a threatening hand gesture. Per the order Shelman was not permitted contact of any kind with the victim. Shlemon was arrested and charged with Violation of Exparte Order. CASE# 48985-18
