The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured. On February 9, 2018, a customer was shopping at Harris Teeter, located in California, when the victim was approached by suspect #1, who engaged the victim in conversation. While the victim was distracted, a second suspect approached, and stole the victim’s wallet, which was inside a purse in the shopping cart. The suspects then went to two surrounding businesses and used the victim’s credit cards to purchase over $2,500 in merchandise and gift cards.
