The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On February 25, 2018, at the Walmart store, located on Miramar Way, in California, the suspect was observed in the men’s room. The suspect was reportedly looking over an occupied bathroom stall while holding his cellphone.
