05/19/17 - On View Arrests, Warrant Services and Summons Services




Taylor, Charles Edward
05/16/17 – Littering - Deputy First Class V. Pontorno observed the suspect, Charles Edward Taylor, 31 of Lexington Park, MD, in front of Big Lots in Millison Plaza, Lexington Park, MD, panhandling.  Deputy First Class V. Pontorno made contact with the suspect and issued him a “No Trespass” notice for the property and warned him of future panhandling behavior.  As the suspect walked away, he intentionally discarded the No Trespass paper onto the parking lot of Millison Plaza.  Deputy First Class V. Pontorno re-engaged the suspect and issued him a Criminal Citation for Littering.  CCN# 25895-17 



Butler, Diamante Raquan
05/16/17 – Assault 1st. Degree and Two Warrant Services for Assault 1st and 2nd Degree – Deputies responded to the area of Lexwood Dr., Lexington Park, MD, for a reported assault.  The victim advised an unknown subject approached the victim.  The unknown suspect brandished a handgun, threatening the victim and demanding information on where the victim’s brother was located.  The victim fled and was uninjured.  Deputies canvased the area, and Deputy D. Sidorowicz observed a suspect matching the description provided by the victim.  The suspect was identified as Diamante Raquan Butler, 19 of Lexington Park, MD. The investigation revealed the suspect had in his possession an air pistol. A positive ID was made of the suspect, and he was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Assault 1st Degree.  The suspect also had two Circuit Court arrest warrants for Assault 1st and 2nd Degree, which was served at that time.  CCN# 25873-17 and CCN# 19891-17 - Arrested by Deputy D. 05/17/17 - Theft under $100 – Deputy S. Bowie responded to the Weis Market located in the 45000 block of Alton Ln, California, MD, for a reported theft.  Upon arrival, loss prevention provided surveillance video of a white female with brown hair, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and yellow pajama pants enter the business.  The suspect within a short period of time concealed several items in her sweatshirt and waistband and then exited the business, passing all points of sale without attempting to pay for the concealed items.  With the assistance of the community, the suspect was identified as Lisa Marie Trossbach, 32 of California, MD.  Deputy S. Bowie responded to the suspect's residence and issued a criminal citation for Theft under $100.  CCN# 22127-17 


Courtney, Travon Markell
05/17/17 – Assault 2nd on DOC Inmate – Corporal J. Davis responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center in reference to an alleged assault.  The investigation revealed the suspect Travon Markell Courtney, 18 of Leonardtown, MD, and the victim another inmate were involved in a verbal altercation.  The suspect was observed approaching the victim and then swung at the victim in an attempt to hit him.  Corrections Officer M. Myers entered the recreation area where the suspect and victim were located and was able to stop any further altercation.  The suspect was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree, then released back to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.   CCN# 26162-17
