05/18/17 – Theft under $100 – Corporal W. Ray responded to the Go Green Thrift Store, located in the 21000 block of Tulagi Place for a reported theft.  The investigation revealed the suspect, Nicole Denise Ulmer, 31 of St. Inigoes, MD, entered the business and stole merchandise having a value less $100.  Corporal W. Ray issued the suspect a Criminal Citation charging her with Theft under $100 – CCN# 26306-17  








Reed, Jessica Helen
05/20/17 – Possession CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia – Deputies responded to the Burger King located in the 21000 block of Great Mills Rd., Lexington Park, MD, in an attempt to locate a reported missing person.  Deputy First Class B. Gaskill found the missing person and the suspect, Jessica Helen Reed, age 22 of Mechanicsville, MD, inside a parked vehicle.  Deputies observed in plain view a loaded syringe containing suspected heroin, in addition to CDS paraphernalia.  The suspect was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with Possession CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia – CCN# 26648-17.

Webb, Devin Eric

05/21/17 – Possession of CDS; not Marijuana; Possession of CDS Paraphernalia and Three Warrant Services for Burglary 1st Degree; Theft $1000 to under $10,000; Malicious Destruction of Property valued over $1000; Violation of Probation – Deputies responded to a residence in the 27000 block of Mill Seat Dr., Mechanicsville, MD, in an attempt to locate the suspect, Devin Eric Webb, 30 of Mechanicsville, MD.  Deputies located the suspect hiding behind a bush at the rear of the residence.  The suspect was apprehended and placed under arrest without further incident.  Deputies discovered a green bandana containing a used syringe and burnt spoon with suspected heroin residue in Webb's possession.  The suspect was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was served three Circuit Court Arrest Warrants for Burglary 1st Degree; Theft $1000 to under $10,000; Malicious Destruction of Property valued over $1000; Violation of Probation – CCN# 50452-16  The suspect was also charged with Possession of CDS; not Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia – CCN# 26856-17

05/22/17Theft less $100 – Corporal J. Vezzosi responded to the Sheetz located in the 20000 block of Old Great Mills Rd., Great Mills, MD, for a reported shoplifting.   Upon arrival, he met with staff who observed the suspect Jennifer Maria Price, age 35 of California, MD, conceal several food items inside of her pocketbook.  After concealing the items she paid for two additional items she was holding, however, failed to pay for the food hidden in her purse.  The suspect was issued a Criminal Citation for Theft less $100 by Cpl. J. Vezzosi and the items were returned to the store.  CCN# 26986-17

05/22/17 – Assault 2nd Degree and Assault on DOC Inmate – Deputy First Class D. Lawrence responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for the report of an assault between inmates.  The investigation revealed the suspects, George David Barnes, 38 of Lebanon, PA, and Steven Wayne Sams, 37 of Waldorf, MD, were engaged in a verbal fight that turned physical.  The suspects were both charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Assault on DOC Inmate and released back to the custody of the detention center.  CCN# 27042-17
Solomon, Elrico Cojuan
05/22/17 – Assault 1st and 2nd Degree – Deputies responded to the 46000 block of Yorktown Rd., Lexington Park, MD, for the report of an assault.  Deputy First Class R. Steinbach met with the victim who advised a verbal altercation ensued between the victim and the suspect Elrico Cojuan Solomon, 25 of Lexington Park, MD.  The argument escalated when the suspect presented a knife and stabbed the victim in the right hand; then fled the scene. The suspect was located a short time later and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree – CCN# 27067-17

05/23/17 – Violation of Protective Order – Deputies responded a residence in the 46000 block of Chapman Dr., Lexington Park, MD for a reported violation of a Protective Order.  The investigation revealed the suspect, George Houston Russell Jr., 47 of Hollywood, MD, violated an active Protective Order by making contact with the victim through another family member.  The Protective Order is active through May 30, 2017.  Deputy First Class D. Lawrence located the suspect placed him under arrest and transported him to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Violation of Protective Order – CCN# 27190-17.

05/17/17 – A 14 year old male juvenile, of Great Mills, MD, was arrested for numerous traffic violations to include: attempting to elude police by failing to stop; operating motorcycle without required head protection; driving without required license; driving uninsured vehicle; unauthorized use and display of registration plate; reckless driving; negligent driving; speed greater than reasonable. 05/19/17 – A 13 year old female juvenile, of Lexington Park, MD, and a 12 year old female juvenile, of Lexington Park, MD, were arrested at Spring Ridge Middle School after they both engaged in a physical fight during recess.  They were both charged with second-degree assault. The females were arrested by Deputy D. 05/20/17 – A 15 year old male juvenile, of Tall Timbers, MD, was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree within the community. He was  arrested by Deputy G. Muschette. CCN# 26703-17.
05/21/17 – A 15 year old male juvenile, of Chaptico, MD, was arrested for Burglary and Theft less $100 from Dynard Elementary School . He was arrested by Corporal E. Johnson. CCN# 23953-17
