Leonardtown, Maryland – On March
16, 2015, deputies responded to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for a reported
sexual offense. A 5 year old female victim disclosed she had been sexually assaulted
by suspect Alan Lee Huff, age 40, of Lexington Park. Based on the nature of the
allegations Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division responded to
the hospital and assumed the investigation.
During the investigation, a
second female victim, age 6, disclosed she had also been sexually assaulted by
Huff.
Detectives executed search
and seizure warrants and evidence was recovered.
Huff was placed under arrest
and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he is being held
on NO BOND. He has been charged with:

UPDATE: Huff was originally under NO BOND, however he was later given a $150,000 bond 100% by the District Court Commissioner and remains incarcerated.
