On View Arrests:
Drug Arrest- On August 19, 2021, Dep. Salas responded to the 21200 block of Great Mills Road in Great Mills, for the reported theft. Contact was made with a female, who provided a false name and was issued a criminal citation. It was later discovered Christiana Lynn Crivella, age 35 of Lusby, provided deputies with a false name and Crivella was subsequently located on a traffic stop and positively identified. Crivella was found to be in possession of a suspected CDS smoking device and a bottle containing a clear liquid suspected to be heroin. Crivella was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS: Paraphernalia, Theft, and False Statement to Officer.
Sex Offense- On September 1, 2021, Det. Sidorowicz investigated the reported sex offense. Investigation determined Robert Phillip Thompson Jr., age 34 of Hollywood, sexually assaulted a juvenile female. Thompson was charged with Sexual Solicitation of a Minor and Sex Offense Third Degree.
Drug Arrest- On September 5, 2021, Dep. Luffey was in the area of 25300 Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, when he was flagged down by the victim who reported a protective order violation and an assault. The victim advised during an argument, Michael Patrick Horan, age 28 of Leonardtown, assaulted her by pushing her, and violated a valid court order by contacting the victim. Horan was located and arrested. Located on Horan's person was a hypodermic syringe, suspected cocaine and a suspected CDS smoking device. Horan was charged with Violation of Protective Order, CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia, and Assault 2nd Degree.
Theft/Drug Arrest- On September 5, 2021, Dep. Mattera responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for a welfare check. Located in a vehicle was Donis Francisco Herrera- Hernandez, age 28 of Lexington Park. Herrera was operating a vehicle he had unlawfully taken from the victim's residence and located in Herrera's pocket was a baggie containing suspected cocaine. Herrera was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle/Unlawful Taking and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.
Property Destruction/Trespassing/Resist Arrest- On September 8, 2021, Dep. Wynnyk responded to the 46800 block of Flower Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Turez Lydell Creek, age 33 of no fixed address, was at the victim's property after being served a notice not to trespass. Creek kicked the victim's door, damaging the door, and forced entry into the residence. Creek was located in a closet and actively resisted arrest. Creek continued to cause a disturbance by yelling and failing to comply. Creek was arrested and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property, Trespass: Private Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Resist/Interfere with Arrest.
Violate Protective Order- On September 8, 2021, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 21500 block of Oxford Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported welfare check. While speaking with Michael Andrew Flores, age 36 of Lexington Park, the victim contacted law enforcement to report a protective order violation. Investigation determined Flores contacted the victim in violation of a valid court order. Flores was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.
Assault- On August 8, 2021, Dep. Luffey responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported fight. Investigation determined Jermaine Anthony Bell, Jr., age 26, Diamante Requan Butler, age 24, and Juwan Deontre Ford, age 18, all of Lexington Park, were mutual combatants in a fight that occurred in their housing unit. All three were charged with Assault 2nd Degree.
