Identity Sought for Theft Suspect

The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 5 a.m., the suspect entered the California Super Eight Motel right after the desk clerk walked away from the motel counter. The suspect then reached over the counter, opened the center drawer and stole a handful of cash and two plastic bags of coins before fleeing.
