Incident Briefs 11/20/2015 - 11/23/2015

Burglary – Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a residence and stole property on the 42000 block of White Point Beach Road in Leonardtown. CASE# 67610-15

Theft to a Motor Vehicle – Sometime between 11/19/2015 and 11/20/2015, construction equipment was stolen from the roadside of Point Lookout Road at Willows Road in Lexington Park. CASE# 67543-15

Breaking and Entering to a Motor Vehicle – Unknown suspect(s) entered a vehicle on the 39000 block of Hearts Desire Lane in Mechanicsville. Nothing appeared to be stolen. CASE# 67670-15

Burglary – Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence and stole property on the 18000 block of Matthew Drive in Lexington Park. CASE# 67793-15

Fraud – An unknown suspect used a victim’s personal information to contact the Social Security Administration and set-up a Tax ID number and business account. The suspect then fraudulently reported employee wages to the SSA. The suspect filed tax returns to obtain refunds. The case remains under investigation. CASE# 67770-15

Burglary – Sometime within the last two weeks, unknown suspect(s) entered a shed and stole property on the 44000 block of Louisdale Road in California. CASE# 67922-15

Burglary – Between 11/19 and 11/22, unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a vacant residence. Nothing appeared to be stolen. CASE# 67926-15                                                                           

Attempted Motor Vehicle Theft  – During the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) attempted to steal a motor vehicle on the 45000 block of Fox Chase Drive in Great Mills. CASE# 67930-15

This report is not a comprehensive list of every police event in St. Mary’s County during the stated time frame.
