Identity Needed for Theft Suspect

 

The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured in a theft investigation. On Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021 at 2:45 pm, the suspect was stopped at the exit door of the Giant Food in California with a cart full of items he did not pay for. The suspect fled before he could be identified and was last seen getting into a blue 2019 Chevy Camaro with a Virginia tag.

Through the Crime Solvers Program tipsters are eligible for an award of up to $1,000 for information about a crime in St. Mary’s County that leads to an arrest or indictment.
