On-View Arrests, Warrants Served

On-View Arrests: 

Assault: On April 22, 2021, Cpl. Rachael Roszell responded to the Comfort Inn and Suites in Lexington Park for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, the victim advised that David Alexander Young Jr., 25 of no fixed address, woke the victim up by punching the victim in the face, leaving visible injury. Young was placed under arrest, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 21618-21

Assault: On April 23, 2021, Deputy Preston Dixon responded to the 23100 block of Mountain Laurel Lane in California for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, witnesses advised that Blake Michael Bauckman, 27 of California, began a verbal altercation with the victim which then escalated into a physical altercation. Injuries were observed to the victim's hands and knees and Bauckman was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 21908-21

Trespassing: On April 23, 2021, while at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, Deputy Casey Hill responded to a call for service. Tre'Shawn Maurice Dickerson, 24, of Lexington Park, refused to leave the hospital property after discharge as instructed by hospital staff. Deputy Hill advised Dickerson to leave the property, but he refused and was placed under arrest for Trespassing. Case # 21747-21

Concealment of Dangerous Weapon: On April 23, 2021, Cpl. Gray Maloy responded to the Charlotte Hall Wawa convenience store for the report of a man wielding a knife around in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Cpl. Maloy made contact with Bruce Doremus Tlucka, 49 of no fixed address, who was carrying three knives inside the waistband of his pants, concealed by his jacket. Tlucka was arrested for Concealment of a Dangerous Weapon and also served an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear: DUI. Case # 21808-21

Assault: On April 24, 2021, Deputy Michael Rycyzyn responded to the 43900 block of Lanedon Drive in Valley Lee for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputy Rycyzyn was advised by the victim that Jessica Ann Biscoe, 39 of Valley Lee, struck the victim in the face and placed hands around the victim's neck. A witness said the victim's face turned bright red as Biscoe had her hands around the victim's throat. Biscoe was arrested and charged with First- and Second-Degree Assault. Assault: On April 24, 2021, DFC David Lawrence responded to the 45700 block of Church Drive in California for a check the welfare call. DFC Lawrence made contact with Caitlynn Taylor Rader, 26 of St. Inigoes, who was in the parking lot crying. Rader became hostile and began yelling in the parking lot. When her behavior was questioned, Rader became more hostile, charging toward the deputy with an aggressive posture. Rader swung her right arm and moved within a foot of the deputy. Holding her car keys in her left hand, Rader swung at the deputy again, striking his right forearm, as witnessed by two other deputies. Rader was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Violation of Protective Order: On April 24, 2021, Deputy Preston Dixon responded to the 45800 block of Nancy Lane in Great Mills for the report of a violation of a protective order. Upon arrival, the victim advised that Jeffrey Thomas Phelps, 32 of Callaway, had been contacting the victim via SnapChat in violation of an active temporary protective order. Phelps was arrested and charged with Violation of a Protective Order. Case # 22069-21 (no photo available) 

Violation of Protective Order: On April 24, 2021, Deputy John Gardiner responded to the Family Dollar store on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, the victim and a witness advised that Joshua Reid Frederick, 21 of Lexington Park, entered the store and made contact with the victim in violation of an active final protective order. Frederick was arrested and charged with Violation of a Protective Order. Case # 22029-21

Burglary: On April 24, 2021, Deputy Taylor Kril responded to the 42300 block of Manor Road in Mechanicsville for a check the welfare call. Upon arrival, Deputy Kril observed a ladder leaning against an open window at the front of the house. Deputy Kril contacted the victim inside who advised that Christopher Dale Knott, 47 of Hollywood, had entered the home through the window as the locks to the home's doors had been changed and Knott no longer lived there. The victim did not give consent for Knott to be in the home and he was arrested and charged with Fourth-Degree Burglary. Case # 22003-21

Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle: On April 25, 2021, Deputy Taylor Kril responded to the 27200 block of Queentree Road in Mechanicsville for the report of a theft of a motor vehicle. The victim advised that Brian Keith Johns, 42 of Mechanicsville, drove the victim's Ford F150 truck without permission and when the vehicle was returned, there was front-end damage to it as Johns crashed the vehicle during that timeframe. Through further investigation, Johns and the vehicle were identified as the at-fault vehicle in a hit-and-run collision involving property damage to another occupied vehicle. Johns was issued the appropriate traffic citations. Johns' driver's license is suspended and revoked. Johns was placed under arrest and charged with Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle. Escape: On April 26, 2021, Deputy Richard Forbes responded to the area of Vape Planet on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for the report of a subject possibly wanted on a retake warrant. Deputy Forbes made contact with Elise Grace Remington, 28 of no fixed address, who advised she left the Walden treatment facility because she did not like being there anymore. Attendance at the treatment facility was mandated as part of her pretrial conditions. Remington was arrested, charged with Second-Degree Escape and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center. Case # 22282-21

Assault: On April 26, 2021, DFC Andrew Budd responded to MedStar St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown for the report of an assault. The victim advised that Christopher Scott Lacey, 36 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim after Lacey was told to leave the facility. The victim stated that Lacey grabbed a standing metal sign, picked it up and swung it, striking the victim on the right hand. The impact of the strike destroyed the sign, valued at $150. Lacey was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 22246-21

Assault: On April 26, 2021, Deputy Thomas Snyder responded to the 45900 block of Indian Way in Lexington Park for the report of a disturbance. The victim advised that a verbal disturbance regarding text messages escalated into a physical altercation. Paulette Michele Johnson, 29 of Lexington Park, struck the victim with a cord and sprayed the victim with pepper spray, leaving visible injury. Johnson was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 22429-21

Assault: On April 26, 2021, Deputy Richard Forbes was patrolling in the area of Pax River Inn in Lexington Park when he observed Carlonte Antoine Knott, 29 of Lexington Park, involved in a physical altercation with the victim. Deputy Forbes observed Knott use both hands to push the victim in the chest toward the motel wall. Upon contact with Deputy Forbes, the victim advised Knott was asked to leave the victim's hotel room several times but would not do so, leading to the altercation. A subsequent search found a glass CDS smoking device with suspected heroin residue and a clear baggie containing suspected heroin. Knott was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault, Possession: Heroin and Possession: CDS Paraphernalia. Case # 22322-21

Assault: On April 26, 2021, Deputy Richard Wilhelmi responded to the 16800 block of Three Notch Road in Ridge for the report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, the victim advised that during an argument, Joleen Leeann Jameson, 28 of Ridge, pressed a pair of scissors into the victim's back leaving a visible sign of injury. Jameson was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 22336-21

CDS Possession: On April 26, 2021, Deputy Andrew Burgess responded to southbound Three Notch Road for a traffic complaint. Deputy Burgess observed the subject vehicle traveling on southbound Three Notch Road failing to maintain its lane and made a traffic stop at Lincoln Boulevard in Lexington Park. While speaking with the vehicle's operator, William Russell Hobbs, 33 of Leonardtown, Deputy Burgess observed a pill bottle in the center console. Hobbs agreed to a field sobriety test and during a subsequent search of the vehicle, suspected heroin was located between the driver's seat and bench seats. Hobbs was arrested and charged with CDS Possession: Heroin and CDS Possession: Paraphernalia. Case # 22381-21

On April 28, 2021, Alexander Wade Foote, 23 of Lexington Park, was arrested on warrants for Violation of Release Condition and Obstruction of Justice by Deputy John Fenwick. Case # 21461-21
