Assault- On October 20, 2020, DFC. Budd responded to the 18500 block of Bauer Road in St. Mary's City, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Charissa Rae Mandeville, age 40 of St. Mary's City, assaulted the victim by hitting and scratching the victim, causing visible injury. Mandeville was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 65029-20
Assault/Drug Arrest- On October 20, 2020, DFC. Budd responded to the 22500 block of Armsworthy Court in California, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Keith Phillip Tucker, age 47 of California, had assaulted the victim during an argument and had suspected Xanax pills hidden on his person wrapped in plastic paper. Tucker was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, and Prescription/Remove Label. CASE# 64834-20
Property Destruction- On October 21, 2020, DFC. Holdsworth responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Anthony Warren Berry, age 35 of no fixed address, deliberately destroyed a fire sprinkler in a holding cell, causing the cell area to flood.
