On View Arrest:
Burglary- On September 24, 2020, DFC. Edwards responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing. Investigation determined the residence was vacant, and two individuals had been illegally entering the residence and staying at the residence. Located inside the vacant residence were Evelyn Virginia Dean, age 49 of Ridge, and Keith O'Bryan Holland, age 36 of Scotland. Dean and Holland were arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd and 4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 58961-20
Assault- On September 25, 2020, Cpl. Kerby responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown for the reported assault. Investigation determined Leonard Wade Zimmerman, age 32 of Mechanicsville, struck one victim on the shoulder and a second victim was struck by Zimmerman on the head. Zimmerman was charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 59134-20
Violation of Protective Order- On September 26, 2020, Cpl. Maloy responded to the 20500 block of Treetop Road in Lexington Park, for a premise check. Located at the residence was David Michael Jenkins, age 23 of Lexington Park. Jenkins is prohibited from being at the residence or having contact with the victim. Jenkins was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 59309-20
Assault/Property Destruction- On September 26, 2020, DFC. Budd responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Michelle Nicole Bennett, age 34 of Lexington Park, threw bleach on the victim damaging the victim's clothes and also threw a bottle, shattering the victim's rear windshield. Bennett was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 59267-20
Assault- On September 27, 2020, DFC. Budd responded to the 25300 block of Budds Creek Road in Chaptico, for the reported vehicle collision. Investigation determined Christopher Michael Bell, age 46 of Chaptico, intentionally struck the victim with his vehicle. Bell was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. CASE# 59640-20
Assault- On September 27, 2020, Dep. Salas responded to the 21700 block of Wasp Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Daniel Winston Booth, age 29 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim and dragging the victim through the residence. The victim sustained visible injury and Booth was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 59680-20
Disorderly Conduct- On September 28, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 46800 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported fight in progress. While investigating the incident, Brandon Tyler Beavers, age 22 of Lexington Park, arrived on scene and began yelling subjects being interviewed. Beavers continued to cause a disturbance and cause citizens to stop and observe his actions. Beavers was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 59854-20
Assault- On September 28, 2020, Dep. Raley responded to the 22800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Omar Jamal Brooks, age 34 of Lexington Park, used a cord to tie the victim's hands and refused to allow the victim to leave the area. Brooks was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and False Imprisonment. CASE# 59747-20
Burglary- On September 29, 2020, Dep. Baker responded to the 21600 block of Great Mill Road in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary. Upon arrival Dep. Baker located Amber Rosetta Joy, age 27 and John Sherman Greenwell, age 41, both of no fixed address, inside a vacant commercial property. Greenwell and Joy were arrested and charged with Burglary 4th Degree.
Unauthorized Removal of Vehicle- On September 29, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi made contact with the victim regarding the removal of the victim's vehicle. Investigation determined Robert Lee Perry, age 49 of Lexington Park, did not return the victim's vehicle, and continued to use the victim's vehicle without permission. Perry was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Removal of Motor Vehicle. CASE# 60015-20
Violate Protective Order- On October 1, 2020, Cpl. Maloy responded to the 21400 block of Indian Bridge Road in California, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Brian Douglas Corbin, age 41 of California, violated an active court order by contacting the victim. Corbin was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. Assault- On October 1, 2020, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 22700 block of Three Notch Road in California, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Richard NMN Harding III, age 51 of no fixed address, pointed a knife at the victims, while attempting to enter the victims' hotel room. Harding was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. CASE# 60523-20
Motor Vehicle Theft- On October 1, 2020, Dep. Wynnyk responded to the 46300 block of Columbus Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Elizabeth Louise Forsyth, age 31 of Lexington Park, had sold the victim's vehicle without the victim's permission.
