Violate Protective Order- On December 14, 2019, Sgt. Boyer and Dep. Graves served an interim protective order on Davayus Alex Young, age 23 of no fixed address. After being served the order, Young yelled a threatening statement to the victim which is a violation of the order. Young was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 71592-19

Assault- On December 14, 2019, Dep. Chase responded to the 21100 block of Lexwood Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Sarah Jane Batula Malinich, age 30 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim during an argument by grabbing the victim's hair and scratching the victim. Malinich was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 71527-19

Disorderly Conduct/Fail to Obey Lawful Order- On December 14, 2019, DFC. Beyer responded to the 45900 block of Great Mills Court in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing. Upon arrival Jovan Denise Fenwick, age 26 of no fixed address, was located sitting directly in front of the door. Fenwick refused to leave the area, and began yelling and creating a disturbance, to the point a neighbor came outside and advised Fenwick was disturbing her with the ongoing yelling. Fenwick was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Trespass-Private Property, and Fail to Obey Lawful Order. CASE# 71648-19

Drug Arrest- On December 15, 2019, Dep. Graves arrested Jonathan Gabriel Davis, age 28 of Lexington Park on an outstanding warrant for CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana in the 21500 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. At the time he was taken into custody, Davis was found to have a suspected CDS smoking device (pen) with suspected residue (alprazolam) inside. Once at the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Davis was found to be in possession of two suspected alprazolam pills. Davis was served the outstanding warrant and charged with CDS: Possession- Paraphernalia, CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana, and Possess Contraband at Place of Confinement. CASE# 71790-19

Assault- On December 15, 2019, DFC. Beyer responded to the 22500 block of Trim Way in California, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Paul Shane Debord, age 43 of California, assaulted the victim by pushing and holding the victim to the couch; as a result the victim sustained injury to her face.
