On View Arrests/Warrant/Criminal Citation


On View Arrests:



Assault-  On December 7, 2019, Cpl. Ruest responded to the 45700 block of Maxine Way in Great Mills, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Martin Wilson Warrior, age 49 of Great Mills, assaulted the victim during an argument by attempting to wrestle a cellphone from the victim who was seated in a chair. The chair struck a window, breaking the window.  The victim suffered visible injury and Warrior was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 70002-19

Motor Vehicle Theft-  On December 8, 2019, Dep. Henry responded to the 19300 block of King James Parkway in Lexington Park, for the reported stolen vehicle.  Dep. Henry observed the vehicle operating in the area and conducted a traffic stop.  The vehicle was being operated by Brianna Ronnell Mackall, age 19 of Lexington Park.  Mackall was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Taking of a Motor Vehicle.  CASE# 70377-19

Unauthorized Removal of Motor Vehicle-  On December 9, 2019, Dep. Forinash responded to the 22000 block of Grand Harvest Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.  The victim reported to Dep. Forinah Adam Christopher Pruitt, age 31 of Lexington Park, had taken the vehicle without the victim's permission on December 5th and had subsequently crashed the vehicle.  Pruitt was charged with Unauthorized Removal of a Motor Vehicle.  CASE# 70507-19

Theft-  On December 11, 2019, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 17400 block of Piney Point Road in Piney Point for the reported theft.  Investigation determined Zachary Kenneth Lengfield, age 26 of Piney Point, entered the establishment, retrieved a bottle of liquor, and passed all points of sale without purchasing the item. An employee followed Lengfield outside and ultimately retrieved the item from Lengfield.  Lengfield then proceeded into another establishment and removed a bottle of wine from the behind the bar and again passed all points of sale without purchasing the item. Lengfield was located on scene, arrested and charged with two counts of Theft. CASE# 71011-19  On December 13, 2019, Dep. Graves responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown and charged Lengfield with an additional two counts of Theft for similar actions on December 10, 2019, where he again entered the establishment on two separate occasions and removed alcoholic beverages and passed all points of sale without paying for the items. Violate Protective Order- On December 11, 2019, Dep. Fenwick responded to the 40900 block of Merchants Lane in Leonardtown, for the reported violation of a protective order.  Investigation determined Shawn Michael Clarke, age 37 of Mechanicsville, attempted to contact the victim in violation of a valid court order which prohibits Clarke from contacting the victim by any means. Clarke was charged with Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 70991-19

Disorderly Conduct-  On December 12, 2019. Dep. Wynnyk responded to the reported disturbance on an STS bus in the 23100 block of Leonard Hall Drive in Leonardtown.  Dep. Wynnyk arrived on scene and made contact with Charles Aloysius Bowman Jr., age 57 of Hollywood. Bowman was causing a disturbance on the bus, and when requested to cease his actions he refused, and also refused to exit the bus.  Bowman was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.  CASE# 71114-19

Disorderly Conduct-  On December 12, 2019, Dep. Budd responded to the 21200 block of Lexwood Court in Lexington Park, for the reported check the welfare. Upon arrival contact was made with Latonya Renee Johnson, age 43 of Lexington Park.  Johnson exited the residence and began walking outside yelling and creating a disturbance, gaining the attention of multiple people in the area.  Johnson did not cease her behavior and was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Assault/Resisting Arrest-  On December 12, 2019, Cpl. Handy responded to the 40600 block of Waterview Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Ashley Drew Diaz, age 32 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim by scratching the victim in the face.  Diaz was placed under arrest and while being escorted to Cpl. Handy's vehicle Diaz lunged toward the victim, and then proceeded to kick Cpl. Handy.  Diaz then began to pull away from Cpl. Handy and resist arrest.  Diaz was charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest.  CASE# 71080-19
