St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Vice/Narcotics detectives identified Maurice Dewayne Davis aka “Marty” (Age 42 of Lexington Park) as a distributor of heroin. Detectives made several undercover purchases of heroin from suspect Davis and he was subsequently indicted and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
A Vice/Narcotics Support Team Deputy located and arrested suspect Davis. The indictment included multiple counts of “Distribution of Heroin” and “Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin”. He was originally held without bond.
