UPDATE 7-20-15: Proctor was apprehended on July 17th.
The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help in locating ROBERT DAMON PROCTOR, age 26, of no fixed address. Proctor is currently wanted for Failure to Appear in Court on an ARMED ROBBERY charge.
