The St. Mary's County State's Attorney's Office is asking for the public's assistance in finding family members of decedents from a crime that occurred in 1973.
Scherrell Richard Link was convicted in 1973 of 1st degree murder of Shirley Mottler, Douglas Parks and George Pratt. Link was also convicted of attempted murder of William Craig. The State's Attorney's Office is attempting to locate any family members of decedents Shirley Mottler, Douglas Parks, George Pratt, and William Craig.
Family members of the murder victims or anyone with any contact information for family members is asked to call Paige Miller, Victim Witness Coordinator at the St. Mary's County State's Attorney's Office at 301.475.7844 x4506.
