On View Arrests:
Burglary- On October 29, 2021, DFC. Beyer responded to the 29600 block of Donna Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and observed Christopher Shannon Bridgett, age 23 of Mechanicsville, exiting the victim's residence. Further investigation determined Bridgett forced entry into the victim's residence, and has been harassing the victim by sending unwanted text messages. Bridgett was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st and 4th Degree, Theft, Harassment and Telephone Misuse.
Assault- On October 29, 2021, Dep. C. Hill responded to the 21600 block of Eric Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Ronald Cornelius Meads, age 45 of Lexington Park, assaulted two victims by punching both victims in the face, causing visible injury. Meads was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree.
Assault- On October 31, 2021, Cpl. Flerlage responded to the 20800 block of Indian Road in California, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Michael Larry Ellis, age 28 of California, assaulted the victim by scratching and striking the victim in the face, causing visible injury. Ellis was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.
Assault- On October 31, 2021, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 22100 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Sheba Marie Young, age 41 of Lusby, became upset when she observed both victim's in a vehicle. Young pursued the victim's vehicle and deliberately rammed the victim's vehicle two times with her car, and also got out of her vehicle, and ran up and began striking the victim's vehicle. Young was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. (No Photograph Available)
Theft- On November 1, 2021, Cpl. Maloy responded to the 22900 block of Pleasant Lane in Bushwood, for the reported theft. The victim advised he observed his boat and trailer for sale on Facebook Marketplace. The victim also recognized another boat and trailer for sale belonging to an individual the victim was familiar with. Neither victim gave the suspect permission to move or take possession of the boats and trailers. Investigation determined the individual who posted the items for sale to be John Edward Healy III, age 30 of Chaptico. Cpl. Maloy made contact with Healy at his residence and observed both boats on the property. Healy was arrested and charged with two counts of Theft.
Assault- On November 1, 2021 DFC. Shelko responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Dequan Sabien Gantt, age 20 and Kavione Eugene Watts, age 18 of Leonardtown, engaged in a mutual assault. Both Gantt and Watts were charged with Assault 2nd Degree.
