On View Arrests/Warrants/Juvenile Referrals

 On-View Arrests:

Malicious Destruction of Property- On November 16, 2021, Dep. Lawrence responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Paul Daniel Panholzer, age 38 of no fixed address, threw a wireless tablet, property of the St. Mary's County Detention Center, to the to the ground, shattering the screen. Panholzer was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property.

Trespassing- On November 16, 2021, Cpl. Maloy responded to the 29900 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall, for the reported trespassing. Investigation determined George Wheeler Jacks, age 53 of no fixed address, was at the business after being served a notice not to trespass. Cpl. Maloy instructed Jacks to leave the area, and he refused to do so. Jacks was arrested and charged with Trespass: Private Property.

Assault/Disorderly Conduct- On November 18, 2021, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 21700 block of Great Mills Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Dep. Wilhelmi dispersed a large crowd gathered in the middle of the street, and made contact with Rishona Aliyah Banks, age 21 of Lexington Park. Banks refused to leave the area and was actively attempting to engage in a fight with others at the scene. As Dep. Wilhelmi tried to escort and separate Banks from the scene, Banks struck Dep. Wilhelmi in the chest. Banks was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, and Fail to Obey a Lawful Order.

11/16/21 - A 14-year-old male of Great Mills was referred to Juvenile Services for Second-Degree Assault by Cpl. Muschette #303 

11/16/21 - A 14-year-old male of Lexington Park was referred to Juvenile Services for Malicious Destruction of Property under $1,000 and Second-Degree Malicious Burning by Cpl. McClure #299 

11/18/21 - A 15-year-old male of Lexington Park was referred to Juvenile Services for Driving without a License by Cpl. Flerlage #241
