On View Arrests:
Assault- On October 28, 2020, Cpl. Tirpak responded to the 45900 block of Foxchase Drive in Great Mills, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Douglas NMN Jones, age 62 of Great Mills, obtained a knife and threatened to cut the victim during an argument. Jones was arrested and charged with Assault 1st Degree. Assault- On October 31, 2020, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 46700 block of Shangri La Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Tynesha Lashaun Thomas, age 29 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by throwing food at the victim. During the investigation Thomas became combative and was arrested. While in custody Thomas kicked two deputies who were on scene. Thomas was charged with three counts of Assault 2nd Degree and Resist/Interfere with Arrest. CASE# 67197-20
Assault- On October 31, 2020, DFC. Holdsworth responded to the 39800 block of Grandview Haven Drive in Morganza, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Katia Lynn Duffy, age 24 of Morganza, attempted to assault several individuals at the residence, and assaulted the victim by scratching the victim on the chest when the victim attempted to intervene and stop Duffy from harming others in the residence. During the investigation Duffy attempted to push DFC. Holdsworth's arm away from her. Duffy was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 67447-20
Violate Protective Order/Assault 2nd Degree- On November 1, 2020, Dep. Fenwick responded to the 23000 block of Colton Point Road in Avenue for a reported assault. Investigation determined Terrell Devantee Atkins, age 22 of no fixed address, assaulted the victim by punching the victim in the face and pushing the victim several times. There is an active court order prohibiting Atkins from contacting the victim. Atkins was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violate Protective Order. CASE# 67499-20
Assault- On November 1, 2020, DFC. Holdsworth responded to the 22000 block of Nomoni Street in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Derrick Lamont Estep, age 30 of Leonardtown, struck the victim in the face numerous times causing visible injury to the victim. Estep was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 67497-20
Assault/Contraband at Place of Confinement- On November 5, 2020, Demetrius Anthony Williams, age 32 of Georgia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Assault 2nd Degree. Upon arrival at the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, Williams was found to have suspected marijuana hidden inside his sock. Williams was served the warrant and charged with Possession of Contraband/Place of Confinement. CASE# 68626-20
Drug Arrest- On November 6, 2020, DFC. Beyer observed Destiny Marie Ayres, age 19 of no fixed address, in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Ayres had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. Located on Ayres' person was a napkin containing suspected K-2 (synthetic cannabinoids). Ayres was charged with CDS: Possession-not Marijuana. CASE# 63409-20
Violate Protective Order- On November 6, 2020, Dep. Raley responded to the 21400 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, to serve paperwork on Francis Xavier Hill Jr., age 24 of Lexington Park. While serving the paperwork Dep. Raley became aware of a valid court order prohibiting Hill from being at the residence. Hill was arrested and charged with Violate Exparte/Protective Order.
