On View Arrests:
Violation of Protective Order- On September 22, 2020, Dep. Katulich responded to the 20500 block of Treetop Road in Lexington Park, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined David Michael Jenkins, age 23 of Lexington Park, contacted the victim in person and by phone numerous times, violating an active protective order preventing Jenkins from contacting the victim. Jenkins was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 58564-20
Assault- On September 23, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 23100 block of Jasmine Way in California, for the reported assault. Investigation determined David Grant Jones, age 42 of California, pushed the victim and then assaulted a second victim on the scene by pushing the victim to the ground causing visible injury. Jones was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 58790-20
Assault- On September 23, 2020, Dep. Fretwell responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Logan Marie Somerville, age 20 of Lexington Park, grabbed the victim by the victim's clothing, damaging the clothing and causing an abrasion to the victim, Somerville was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. Burglary- On September 24, 2020, Dep. Baker responded to the 22500 block of Iverson Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined Terrence Lamont Chew, age 41 of Prince Frederick, entered the victim's residence through a rear door. There is an active protective order against Chew which states he is not allowed to contact, or be at the victim's residence. Chew was arrested and charged with Burglary and Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 58853-20
