Ed Vogt, a retired Baltimore City Police Officer, is sworn in by Tracy Cantrell, Acting Clerk of the St. Mary's County Circuit Court, as Sheriff Tim Cameron witnesses. Vogt joined the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office on June 18, 2018 as a Fraud Investigator in the Criminal Investigations Division.
