Theft Suspect-ID Needed

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the individual pictured.  On April 16, 2018, the suspect entered the Hobby Lobby store located on Alton Lane, in California, and gave the cashier a $100 bill to purchase a candy bar.  While the cashier was conducting the transaction the suspect then presented the cashier with change, and during the encounter, the suspect was able to take back the $100, and ultimately left the store with the $100 bill, as well as change for the $100. Shortly after this incident, the suspect went to another business and used the same scam to steal money.
