FOP Donation

Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 7, presents Chaplain Charlie Wharton with a donation, as Chaplain Wharton embarks on a trip to Kentucky.  Chaplain Wharton will be instructing seminars for the International Associations of Police Chaplains on Critical Incident Management.
