On February 3, 2018, Dep. Ball made a traffic stop in the 27000 block of Three Notch Road, in Mechanicsville. Dep. Ball detected an odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was done which yielded paraphernalia and suspected marijuana. Isabel Charlotte Theofilis was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Greater than 10 grams. On February 3, 2018, DFC. Tirpak responded to the 46000 block of Hilton Drive, in Lexington Park, for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who stated Paula Dawn Andrada, age 43, of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by scratching, hitting, and pouring tea on the victim. The victim had signs of visible injury and Andrada was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 6082-18
