The
St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a fundraising event to
benefit the St. Mary’s Splash this Saturday, November 5, at the
Chick-Fil-A in California. Deputies, Correctional Officers, and the St. Mary’s
Splash committee will be selling donations,
and for any received, a sponsor sign will be
affixed to a police car. The donations will
directly benefit the St. Mary’s Splash and the cruiser will be stationed at Chick-Fil-A
from 7 a.m. until the car is covered,
approximately 4:00 p.m.
The
St. Mary’s Splash is hosted by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and proceeds
directly benefit the Special Olympics. The splash
will take place on December 10 at Point Lookout State Park. For more
