On Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 5:18 PM, a customer left a cell phone on the counter at Walmart, located on Miramar Way, after checking out. The male subject was captured on video picking up the cell phone. The phone has not been turned in to Walmart or law enforcement. CASE #25095-15
